3) CONCORD nukes Catalyst before ECM timer is up.

I suppose when they have driven enough peaceful miners to quit, they will then start crying that eve is dying. Plonker's.

3) Yeah, this is the part that must be really tedious for anti-gankers. Spend all day sitting in an ice field waiting for a gank fleet to show up. How many ice fields are there? How big are the ice fields? Many times we've ganked in an ice field with a Griffin present, too far away to do anything. Many more times we've chosen an asteroid belt instead.

And speaking for myself, I don't have time during a gank to worry about who is targeting me. I'm doing my job, by the script, and then leaving as soon as CONCORD pops my ship. 1) Were you expecting only one Catalyst? Surprise! Our fleet ganks are typically calculated to have extra dps, so you failed to save the barge. Our solo gankers aren't going to gank where you are parked.

No need for the passive targeter - it's not like there's any confusion about your intent when you're sitting in an asteroid/ice belt with an ecm ship. Besides, passive targeters only work on a single target. That extra midslot would be better served as an additional ECM module (or even prop mod, if you're worried about having your ecm ship ganked).

Here's a blackbird fit you can try.

Blackbird
- (6x) 'Hypnos' Ion Field ECM I
- Armor Kinetic Hardener II
- Armor Thermic Hardener II
- 1600mm Reinforced Titanium Plates II
- (2x) Medium Particle Dispersion Augmentor I
38k overheated ehp against hybrids. 11.3 overheated ECM strength (85% chance of jam against a catalyst with level 5 sensor compensation, which nobody will have). You could swap an augmentor rig for two range rigs, but sometimes you just don't care about the poor miners on the other side of the ice belt.

Yep, no need for the passive targeter. If your gonna killmail whore, mine as well do it right. Hmmm...where do these guys patrol? I may get bored this weekend, and feel the need to pad my killboard.

Kamio, though if you really feel the need to pad your killboard with concorded Catalysts then the :killboardsgreen: sickness has spread more than I thought.
