Why hello my caps deprived friend! I feel the urge to address your post point by point because...I'm bored. Enjoy.

We often engage in real PVP. The New Order comes from a wildly diverse background. We have industrialists, solo PVPers, huge fleet FCs, supercap pilots, lowsec pirates..there are all kinds who decide to roll an alt and come run with the New Order. We actually encourage people to shoot back, coz it's more fun. They almost never do.

While true, without industry we would only be in rookie ships, you do make a fatal flaw in your reasoning. It's not difficult at all to throw down some industry skills and start building. There's nothing inherently difficult about industry in this game. No special out of game skills. Just training time. Personally, my main is a barge builder. I adore what The New Order is doing, it moves my stock good and quick.

Bot aspirants are not playing EVE. They are mindlessly accumulating ISK for no reason. Worst case, a newbie starts the mindless ISK grind, quits in two months, and we have another detractor out there going "LOL EVE is boring spreadsheets in space!"

I'll argue against shortsighted. James 315 has laid out many long-term goals for the improvement of EVE. The current status quo quite frankly sucks.

We don't want you to play our game, or your game, we want you to play EVE. A fundamental part of EVE is spaceships exploding. It drives the entire economy. I don't sign in to Call of Duty, and start complaining about how badly they've implemented magic and dragons.

In the end, EVE is an adrenaline junkie game, where risk and loss have meaning. If you don't like that type of stress, EVE is frankly not for you.

P.S. Before you pull out "subscription numbers", remember exactly how many low and nullsec people are forced to maintain a highsec alt in order to fund activities. Actual, dedicated risk averse carebears are few and far between. I'm pretty sure we can afford to lose you, if it improves the game overall.

And, I seriously doubt that many people mission in highsec, rather than rat in null, if it's all about isk, Anoms are still better than most missions.

Unless your saying that it's easy to afk or bot in highsec....which may be true, but is that why 0.0 people mission in highsec? Shocked

Also, EVE is not an FPS. So using that argument seems a bit weak. If you think EVE is only about exploding spaceships, then you really don't understand EVE....

i think the whole "new order" thingy is a group of gankers in killing more barges, so their barge making main sells. and the new ship get ganked again, loop. guess where the isk flows to?

But if people try ganking you all because you prefer to play the industry side of this game and have no interest in the politics of 0.0 than this is griefing and a attempt to force you to stop playing ...than as far i know this is a violation of the EULA/TOS and this is exactly what james and his disiples are doing , forcing people to leave the game because they are in their eyes not cool kids

Really, if getting exploded bothers you enough that you quit, you weren't playing the right video game to start. Both EVE and the quitting player are better off.


Many, many industrialists are part of The New Order. As of this post, the channel is discussing the pros and cons of T2 production. Economic warfare and all that. Speaking of, time to move some barges into NO op area. For some reason, the prices on them have been going up in those systems.....

Sigh, I don't understand what people like you don't get about this game. If I choose to shoot your spaceship because you're an industrialist, or because I'm bored, or because you're wearing a purple sash instead of a green sash, well that's up to me. That's the sandbox. It's the entire point of EVE. It is not griefing, it is not a violation of the EULA. No matter how much you cry.

They aren't in nullsec, because nullsec is spectacularly broken. Judging by the number of people who chat in the NO channel that are from null, some of the current denizens also think it's broken. Some of the broken bits are down to CCP, the rest is down to some of the stupendous egos that are floating around out there.
