The real problem here is the OP lacks creativity and wants CCP to simplify the game so that he doesn't suffer for that deficiency.

Pon Farr Memorial: once every 7 years, all the carebears in high-sec must PvP or they will be temp-banned.

While at it, they can make the entire game 1.0 security, so the OP can warp to cynos without fear of bubbles.
