The new CSM voting system explained in a graph for HI secc candidates

While I see that theoretically this system should help HI sec candidates I foresee such complexity will depress already dismal voter turnout from HI seccers. This will reinforce the commonly held idea CSM is a NULL sec thing IMHO

If you want Hiseccers to vote, take away all asteroids, missions and manufacturing in highsec until you get a 50%+ highsec voter turnout.

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?
