So I've been poking around FW with an alt before joining with my main (this one). Experience has been pretty much positive. Now, I'm pretty much a spreadsheet person, have one for each manufacturing/invention operation I run. This wasn't working out for FW. Google docs allows for a maximum of 50 XMLimports per page, which you can circumvent by doing dodgy stuff (as linking different spreadsheets). I was about halfway in the spreadsheet when I got fed up and decided to code something a bit simpler and more user-friendly and thus FWILP (Faction Warfare Isk/LP) was born.

I've only tested this on a couple of machines, all running Windows 7. For Linux/Mac send me an email.
DISCLAIMER: Do not download from anywhere else, might contain bad things to eat your machine from inside out.

What does it do?

-Easy view/sorting of ISK/LP ratio for all items in a certain FW LP Store;
-Allows you to set Sell/Buy System (where you sell the final item and where you buy the extra items needed);
-Allows you to set prices on Blueprint Copies (these don't show on EVE-Central).

What's the catch?

None! Just one mild problem. It currently only contains Caldari's FW LP Store.
Why? Because that's where my alt is.. and because it's boring work.
But stress not, with some minor tweaks I can update the tool to read any LP Store, switch between them. (Even non-FW LP Stores)

So if you're looking for some voluntary work send me an eve-mail and I'll tell you the details.

For those of you who already have such spreadsheet.. Direct all pod-threatening mails to my alt character 'Spam Catcher' and don't forget to add the tag [SPAM] to your mail's title, I'll read it asap.

Caldari like numbers, big ones, what can I say?

I'll play with the resize option and see how the components behave, as for selling to buy orders that's not too hard to implement.

Bit off topic, but you could always just do more typeids in your google doc.

as an example. bit easier to get around the 50 limit that way.

As for the original post: Is it not a bit redundant as all four markets are pretty much bottomed out with a fairly static ISK/LP value except on labour intensive items such as cap boosters?

Min/Max'ing is all well and fine, but a tad excessive to hunt the 2-3% when LP is as freely available as it is (read: unlimited).

There's a big diference between 900 Isk/LP and 1500 Isk/LP, multiply that by a million LP and you've saved quite a few sites. Also note that is is actually my main, not an alt.

As for the ellatha.com site I took most of ot from there but I -think- it might be wrong in a couple of items. That said if you want that LP store in and don't mind some work speak with me, it's easy to implement it.

PS: I've made a test version with the option to sell directly into buy orders, big ISK loss but not as bad as I thought. Will update the link in the main post when I make another build.

I was looking for some kind of LP database, and found the above via Google search. You're reinventing the wheel.

Mate, that does not calculate the ISK/lp ratio.

I also wrote a private Java programm to calculate the ISK/ratio. Fun little project.
