Greetings fellow Capsuleer`s

I recently posted in a thread regarding the new "lines in space" or more comonly known "Visual autopilot"

At first i was pleased with the change, but didnt really want to see it on all my characters from an imersion standpoint. But then it got me thinking...

I remember when the new nebule were implemented, awesome eye candy to be honest, even now i just love them. being able to recognise a system or region from its back drop, very cool.

And then the allignment of the stargates to its target gate some many light years away, also cool

And then the lines in space, again cool dont get me wrong but brings me to my point...

Hasnt all that change made new eden feel a smaller place? i remember when i first started to play how Massive it felt and actually mind blowingly big, yet now i feel the borders of space closing in, i know its probually phycalogical but its a feeling i cant shift...

anyone else have similar experiances?

And for the record, CCP ur awesome, thank you!

Nice! I'd buy that for a dollar!

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Titans on fire outside "The Alamo" of NOL-M9. I watched massive Super Capital fleets glitter in the dark near the BKG-Q2 gate. All those moments will be lost in time... like tears in rain...  Time to die.

Before its even asked..No you cannot have more systems.

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?

I'd already noticed it before with the nebulas.

1) See nebula in distance
2) Do several jumps towards said nebula
3) Be surrounded by nebula.

I like it. Feels more like an actual universe and not just a series of black square rooms connected by teleporters.

Yes, the Eve Universe is definitely shrinking.

CCP started a chain reaction with the great deep safe nerf of 2010.

Actually, I find it quite intriguing to see the route my ship will take through the cosmos and enables me to map it better in my mind. Very interesting addition indeed.
