Will that just be a patch for station spinning or will it include any of the balance changes mentioned in blogs or seen on Sisi?

I can't imagine they'd finish all they've stated in a few weeks. If they do, it'd be amazing, or start tons of conspiracy theories about why they were holding all that back to begin with.

The patch with the new font that was on Sisi had some of the balance changes supposedly added already, at least the new moros bonus and the titan doomsday change. If those were coming in october too, it'd be pretty sweet tbh...

Agreed. I wouldn't mind a staggered release personally, as long as they aren't buggy.
