Level 2 definitely no.

Level 3 might be similar profitability, however you need quite a lot of training as new player until you can run them. Career agent missions are much better.

I tend to do these kinds of things on alts...Not for the money (can always give my alt some spending ISK), but to get into contact with new blood in EVE and help them (Rookie system local = best local).
