some sdvice for day tripping

hi all ive done some exploration high/low/null and was thinking about trying out some wormhole exploration

just wondered what ship type i should use i have the bc skill 5 trained. im mostly in missiles but have good drone skills and most support gunnery skills but only skills for small/med guns
was thinking about c4 as im flying solo so would i need to fit scanner salvage analyzer codebreaker all on same ship ? and a cloak ?


or should i just go for one type of site i.e magnometric witch will save me some head aches with the fit

any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated

i used the cerberus for low null and high but im only a couple of days away from the ishtar .

Read the stickies to learn about Wormholes more.

WH Radars and Mags, unlike K-space are combat sites and are harder than their anomoy counterparts.

For up to C3 a drake will work. C4's are generally no soloable (unless pimp tanked). You need about 1400 DPS omni tank to handle most C4 content. And enough DPS to break the RR sleepers tank.

If this is new to you, I recommend you fitting a Drake and running a C1 site. Sleepers are not like Mission NPCs.

Let us know how you get on. Some of my fondest memories are struggling with limited resources and completing lower class wh sites with a couple of friends in low- skilled battle cruisers, all the while watching Dscan and hoping a hostile force doesn't de-cloak and kill us.

Good luck- hope you have fun and remember that WH space is profitable but risky, if you die just come back and try again- learn from each encounter.
