WH radar-magno profitability

Hi there,

I'm not sure if I should post this in the WH or complex part of the forum, because it's a bit about both..?

As some might've read on forum i've been occupying myself with exploration. So far I tried high-sec, low sec, and a bit of WH exploration. Future goals (if i find a decent way in/out) nullsec exploration.

Now here lies my question: Profitability. I know it's hard to say "I make *this* many an hour" because it's all dumb luck, so I figure it might be worth more comparing loot/droppings per site..

So far I've noticed that lowsec does not only give much less competition, the magnetic/radar sites are also (way?) more profitable than high-sec ones.
So I tried a WH talking about a C1 here. Scanned and D-Scanned to make sure I stay alive, ran about 10 radar sites now (haven't found a magnetic site yet, they're more rare?), but sadly I had to come to the conclusion that profit/site is in the same region (if not lower) than high-sec radars..
this when I compare the "average price in universe" to eachother. another disadvantage seems to be that the high-sec goodies are sold in the same region for high price, while the WH is kind a random.

Is this a normal observation, or am I just having some bad luck here?

Cheers

the c1-c4 radars and mags .. lack when compared to the c5 and c6 ones, and c1 form what i remember are rubbish you'll get more from salvage then you will from the cans. advice run some c3 mags and radars .. they are easy solo and the money is ok profit/hr

don't bother running anything below a C3 mag/rad.
it WHs, the isk is mostly in the sleeper blue books and melted nanos in C4s and below.

in C5-6 the mag sites are worth quite a lot.
radars are almost worthless even in C6s. most people dont even bother with the cans if they run them.

C1 Sleeper salvage is worth more for sure.

So I should come to the conclusion that 0.0 radar/mags are the better choice?

I'm roaming with a Myrm, so being able to actualy use drones would be a plus too :).

Op should simply realize people salvage Sleeper wrecks for nano-ribbons. In K-space, radars and mags are typically easier then anomalies. In W-space they can be far tougher, have more spawns with random triggers, and thus yield more raw salvage then an anomaly on top of the rad / mag containers. If you are not into invention / reverse engineering, WH radar loot doesn't make much profit. Salvaging does.
