Training Queue Stuck?

So I was being OCD and I thought I'd rearrange the skills in my training queue so that the shortest would finish first. Energy Management would take 9 more hours, so I paused it to put Targeting at the head of the line.

Problem is, once I paused Energy, Targeting didn't start, even though I placed it at the head of the line. I tried to unpause Energy Management, but it won't unpause. What am I doing wrong? Do I have to delete the skill and restart it? If so, I'll be extremely pissed.

Never mind. It looks like it's continuing training on its own. It just took several minutes to unpause. Is that common?" If so, I think I'll be leaving the queue to it's own devices!

Tip: You don't have to pause it to make alterations to your queue...

And yes...there are sometimes odd things in the skillqueue window. I had once that the bar showed that the skillqueue would take about 20h to complete, where it actually was 26 hours...
