Rix Moore - A Thief With A Conscience?

-To begin, I have eve-mails from Rix Moore both confessing to his crime, and informing me he has returned all that was stolen.
-I also have chat-logs from Rix Moore doing an interview with a corporation he put an application in.
-Should anyone wish to see the evidence, please mail me in game.

--The story goes as such--

I wake up this morning to find the corporate armory in our primary mission base emptied of all modules and ships.
It was not a massive theft, less then a billion, and mostly T1 ships and modules recovered from missions that we chuck
into the armory for others less fortunate to use. Junk mostly, nothing special, but like stealing from the Salvation Army!

As my inbox lights up, I receive a nice chat-log from a good Samaritan informing me about Rix Moore's bragging of his
heist, and trying to get into another corporation via donating all his new found wealth to the new corporation. I'm pleased to
say that during this interview, everyone in the chat-log declined to accept the stolen goods, and informed Rix he is now KOS
and that i'd (Leiron) would be notified.

My next mail is from Rix, telling me of his blunder etc etc etc. The following email is from Rix informing me he's put everything
back, he's sorry, and because he's worried about his reputation and doesn't want this to go public.

Well, it's public so congrats Rix Moore. Next time, grow a pair and follow it through. The sad part for me is that
I've given Rix countless ships, and hundreds of millions of ISK to help him and get him properly fitted - I took him
under my wing and gave him as much guidance as possible.

And indeed, it's a sad day when the best you can pull off is a heist of junk mods for new members...
As I told Rix Moore, he is KOS to PharmaDyne and our Allies. Every CEO of every Corporation he joins will be
sent notice of his actions, and lack of a pair

If I was into safari's I'd take this young hunter under my wing and show him how to do it properly.

To try and get KOS with more HS corps who really won't/can't enforce such a silly thing!

That is the Way, the Tao.

Balance is everything.

The honorable thing would have been to decline his offer of returning the stolen goods if you did intend to make this public all along.

Now you are just another scammer and really no better than him.

Decline his offer to return the goods?
He chucked them back in the hangar before he got told on.
If putting his actions on blast makes me a scammer like him, well then i'll wear the badge proudly.

Funniest part was when he was "set KOS" to a bunch of highsec mission corps who really, and we all know this, cant touch him anyway.

Really they only thing they can do is the whole mail the CEO of every corp he joins, and with the way these guys operate, it would seem he wouldn't be able to do that for long until his attention slips to something else.

Technically they could kill him with the ships in the charity hangar that they claim not to care about, but we all know they won't.
