I currently wardec 'targets of interest' based on anonymous clientele information combined with my own personal knowledge. Basically, here's how it works. You join corp, I make you a director, you wardec whoever you want by dropping ISK in the corp wallet, and go on a killing spree. I have already claimed 3b in extortion, as well as 1.3b of ships destroyed. I just started this Gameplay Enrichment Service yesterday. You send out a pre-made mail to the dec'd corp, and keep whatever ISK is sent to you.
