Notes folders not saving

Hrm... I've run into something I can seem to find the solution for.

Any time I create a Notes folder and/or move notes into existing folders they do not save upon relogging.

I have all my old notes folders but when I try to rename them or put notes into them, they do not save.

Any new folders I create are gone when I relog back in.

Are notes saved on the server per character and if so could my notes folders be corrupted?
