...Does it dump you to the creation menu with your existing character, or does it put everything back to default like when you make a new one?

I want to make a minor adjustment, but not if it's going to involve doing everything from scratch.

It dumps you with your existing character. Alteast that's how it worked with the Free Resculpt a few months back.

Your char will be what it was but the next step about background, lighting and pose may/will be messed up.
