The entrenched nullsec guys are entrenched partly because they can instantly see in local who should and shouldnt be in the system without even having to undock. What a load of rubbish. Making local delayed (clearly) allows for infiltration.

EDIT : Further reading suggests this man may not have EvE's best interests at heart. Re : Likes current power projection mechanics..


They're entrenched because it's easier to just kiss up to an existing power than try to fight with it. Human beings always take the path of least resistance ergo highsec unless they're doing it for thrills and challenges ergo low, null and wh space.

Also, ohgod, somebody's using boobs for advertising, what a new low.
