Stop trying to participate in 0.01 ISK wars. You just end up sitting docked at a station for hours a day. Rather find places where you still can make a profit easily and you will find that the game can be played without bots, without grinding the UI and still get a profit from it.
Now now ...

Don't expect anybody to use common sense. No one in his right mind would believe that regions with less items
would enable anybody to sell these items at a higher price ... right ? That's just silly, really !

I was just perusing the forbidden posts to try and catch up on space happenings and I came across this post. Parsing the context a bit the tl;dr; takeaway for me was "market botting isn't illegal because there are no consequences."
You need to improve your tl;dr…

The entire thread is about how market botting isn't allowed and how, if Sreegs could decide unilaterally, even some market non-botting would be illegal too.

This thread is locked for violating the following forums rule:

5. Ranting is prohibited
A rant is a long-winded, redundant post, often filled with angry, non-constructive comments. A free exchange of ideas is essential to building a strong sense of community and helpful in the development of the game, but rants are disruptive and incite flaming and trolling. Please post your thoughts in a concise, clear manner and avoid going off on rambling tangents.

And, for blatant exaggeration and misstatement of the facts about what market botting is and the rules against it.
