Sure, bro. I have multiple research POS in Jita with dozens of open slots. 1m isk per slot per week. Just contract the BPOs over to me in Jita along with the first week's payment, and we'll get started.

Essentially this ^^. If you are clear with what you want, we can be clear with what we can offer. You don't even need something like a list of BPO's. Just general info; i.e. how many, how much collateral, etc.

After speaking to a couple of folks, I'm not able to copy low value T1 rig/frig etc BPO's as it's not worth my time.
