Seeing as how there is a topic claiming the universe is too small and another arguing that it is in fact too large, I figured I would start this topic and would like to hear from those of you that feel the universe is just the right size.

Discuss...

EDIT: Also, couldn't pass up a Goldilocks reference.

The problem is the people arguing different sides live in different parts of eve. From nullsec players POV its all empty and too big, from highsec POV - its too small and crowded.

Average them out and you get balanced, ta-da.

There is nothing wrong with the Eve universe...only the parasites that infest it.

I think overall New Eden is too small. Since nullbears cant go a minute without complaining about *something*, their POV can be safely dismissed as rabid noise-making, but if CCP were to make the universe bigger, they should do so by increasing the number of WH and lowsec systems.

Highsec seems to be about right. There should always be incentives to move out of the highsec training grounds, massive overpopulation being one of them, so Low and WH space should be expanded.

Remember, space is supposed to be big. New Eden should *feel* to be absolutely huge.

TBH, the only potential problem I can see for CCP to increase the size of New Eden would be to come up with a bunch of more unpronounceable system names.

Hi-sec is fine as it is, null sec is a decent size too but could be a tad bit larger. Low sec is the one that really needs an expansion. Right now it feels more like a border between Hi-sec and Null sec rather a completely separate area.

Lowsec is fine. There is actually nothing wrong with it. (Too few players!!! = Hisec issues. Too easy to make isk for near 100% safety blah blah) (Too many players in lowsec!!! = Since when have i heard that one? Shocked ) (Not enough reward for the risk!!! = Its 2x 3x the isk over hisec. People are just either dumb or havent actually tried to live industrially/mining in lowsec)


Low Sec's size? Isn't it empty right now? Lol Last time i checked Gallente/Caldari lowsec is packed

Naw, was better with less players. Nowadays an 'engagement' too quicky turns into a piranha fest with everyone, even 3rd and 4th parties, flying in to try to grab a piece.
