Having said all the above, if you mentioned it in intel and a fleet was on the way, I would probably have waited for them just to see what happened and then maybe KM whore with a n00b ship.

Don't take smack too personally. You can devide smack into two types

1. People who genuinely believe they are a bad ass at this game (99.9% of these people are wrong)
2. People who don't actually believe you are as bad as they say you are, they just are smacking to **** you off.

This ultimately makes entirely too much sense and therefore will be ignored.

Also,
If cloaked fleet member has undock BM, then fleet up with that person, and set them as Squad leader. When you undock, that person can instawarp you to their undock BM before you even load from blackscreen. Undock punt FTW.

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?
