Im reluctant about typing this out, because usually the breed of people that respond tell me that i need to purchase additional hardware or "update my drivers" like thats the cure-all.
I highly doubt that im the only one that experiences the horrible lag and drop in frame rate for some mysterious issue that should have been ironed out during one of the last 100,000,000 patches.... whats worse, i actually purchased a NEW COMPUTER because i was under the impression that my computer was outdated (thanks to the breed of people i was mentioning at the top of this post & how quick they are with their insults) and the issues are worse than what they were with the old computer. I can handle the pirates. The handicaps, scams and spams. Even the trolls dont bother me that much.
What does bother me, however.. is that theres a monthly fee to play this game. And the only benefit that i can see out of that fee thus far, is that i have about 30 seconds everytime i click something within the client to study my screens state when it freezes up. I actually broke out a calculator & figured it to be 9 minutes per hour that my comp is useless because of the poor job the programmers have done.
Let the insults begin.

Can you post your computer specs or a link to the computer you bought? since you said your last computer did the same thing can you post the specs for that as well? This will help anyone wanting to help you try to troubleshoot this with you.

Did you ever consider that perhaps, the reason you receive poor advice and response is in fact because you post poor questions in the first place?
Now, at risk of being one of the very people that you mention at the top of your post:
You give us no technical information at all in your post, how do you expect anyone to be able to offer advice then?
For someone to help you, you would have to be more specific.
Now, putting on our logic hats:
Thousands and thousands of persons including myself, are playing Eve Online and have been for many years, never encountering the problems you describe in your post. This we can conclude.
And alas, with that in mind we can quickly deduce that the problem is on your side, perhaps your internet connection, perhaps your computer, we certainly dont know because you told us nothing about either.

But of course, it is easier to blame the programmers.

There wasnt any questions. Tell me, if there were, would you do anything but ask for my system specs then tell me to turn off shading quality? Lol
This is a statement. What do i have to gain by making this up? Certainly not a new computer

I seem to remember the atari 64 having a number of flight sims / 3d environments. Those guys were freaking geniuses back then though. Not like now...

If no questions were intended, then i assume your only point in making the post was to let off some steam.
You ramble madly about how Eve is a poor piece of software, when quite clearly (and i assume you know this as well) it is working quite well and is in fact very groundbreaking gamedevelopment in comparison to the rest of the MMORPG genre.
The game works just fine, sure there are bugs as in all software but that does not justify calling the developers poor programmers.
You are angry because you are unable to resolve a local problem that you are having, which is understandable (and highly annoying, i know), but taking it out on everyone else is probably not the best solution.

And sure, the Atari 64 was awesome stuff back then, just like Eve Online is today.
Have a nice day.
