File loss every logout

Hi everybody.
I have EvE installed through Steam. Since yesterday i'm having an annoying problem : i played fine 'till yesterday evening, then i logged out. After like an hour i came back, but the game wouldn't start anymore. I tried to clear cache/settings, but with no luck. I tried repair, it downloaded some files but problem was still there. Then i ran cache integrity from Steam client, and it started downloading load of files.
When it ended i could normally played,and so i did, this morning. Then i logged out, and when logging back in... Ta-dàn, same problem. Now i'm redownloading files again, hope it works.
My question is : is anyone having the same problem? What can i do to avoid having to redownload stuff every time i log out?

try downloading the game client from the website and running it without stream, I had that same problem with another game on steam
