Good Morning MD,

  • Option 1 - Secured Offer (Option available for you to hold the collateral yourself) -
  • REVERSE INTEREST RATE AUCTION

    Quote:
    * Bond total = 4,000,000,000.00 isk (4b)
    * Collateral value = Covetor BPOx2 (location is continuous highsec, will not be moved from current location)
    * Amount of Bonds to be issued = 1
    * Price/face value per bond = 4b

    * Opening BID Rate% = 4% per term.
    * Increments = 0.25%, bids MUST be in this increment only, all others will be ignored
    * Floor = 2% per term (you can rush to this % if you want the Bond that bad, but try bidding for some fun)

    * Final Interest Rate = 2%
    * Interest & principal Payable on maturity
    * Term Length = 35 Days
    * Maturity Date = 19/03/13 - before DT
    * Total interest per Bond = 80,000,000
    * Total Payout (Including Principal) at maturity per Bond = 4,080,000,000.00 isk.

    Auction Rules: You must be able to cover the entirely 4b, only 1 bond is available.

    Auction Begins: NOW
    Auction Ends: when floor is reached, or Wednesday the 14th of February, at DT

    Person who wins, will be contracted the BPO's for the 4b sum.

    Any percentile bid,of Option 1 of 0.25% will be added to the High yield offer's (Option 2) interest rate.

    Final Rate Option 1 = 2%

    ________________________________________

    Final Rate Option 2 = 8%

  • Option 2 - High Yield Offer (now higher)

    * Term Length = 35 Days
    * Maturity Date = 19/03/13

  • Option 3 - Invention/Production Chain Bond - Cash-flow injection.

  • I Have Decided to open up the doors to my little Science Nerds world of wacky production, after sweeping all bar 1b profits into the set-up, i still find i am having Funds tied up in Large "price pointed" mineral orders for the 3 BS production slots I use, In the spirit of Transparency, hes his ugly ass skillsheet, while it loads:

    Quote:
    Arnold Poindexter: Lewis, I don't think these guys are Indians.
    Lewis Scolnick: What makes you say that.
    Arnold Poindexter: When I said "Bite my crank" in Seminole, no one responded.
    Lewis Scolnick: You said that to *these guys*?

    This isk will be used in my regular daily grind of invention/t2 production/producing battleships, and buying minerals/parts etc depending if its profitable that day. Calc is updated with current prices daily. In the event of a wardec, i will sweep materials/finished products, to jita, send the remaining liquid isk to Candy to trade.

    Build slots i aim for a 1-2m isk/hour/per slot/per batch, heres a random example (edited so idiots done crash the market) if i was to just make this one, well, you get the idea :p

    Quote:
    * Bond total = 2,000,000,000.00 isk (2b)
    * Amount of Bonds to be issued = 1
    * Price/face value per bond = 2b
    * Rate 10%
    * Interest & principal Payable on maturity
    * Term Length = 35 Days (Once iCandy #6 Closes, all profits from it + the manufacturing bond will be swept into this. and i will no longer need funding for the operation.)
    * Maturity Date = 19/03/13
    * Total interest per Bond = 200,000,000
    * Total Payout (Including Principal) at maturity per Bond = 2,200,000,000.00 isk, 1 unit of lag & arty/ac/pulse/beam/blaster/railgun thrasher with hull, armor & shield reppers fitted.

    Happy to answer any Questions regarding the Station trading Bonds. I understand the Rate Slide concept may be a little complex, but i want to shore up the rate for the high yield investors in an innovative way.

    Good Luck Bidders

    Is this a try at market manipulation of Spiced Wine and Spirits?

    Because I know that when Fakeys gets started, he is serious about it, and as for me... well.. I'll save that story for another time Blink

    From the OP :

  • Option 2 - High Yield Offer (now higher)

  • [quote]* Bond total = 5,000,000,000.00 isk (5b)
    * Rate% = 6% per term minimum, up to 8% if 2% floor is reached in Option #1. When filled this will change

    In short tom , the moment it was below 4% it was in my best interest to say the following ...

    option 1 for 2% interest

    lol, well that little experiment worked out ok, at least its been 24 hours and given everyone a chance to get in, there were a few confused players with regards to the rate Slide,

    congrats flakeys,for figuring out you lose nothing interest wise by buying out the secured bond ! thanks for your bids too Tom. the irony is the 2 Covetor BPOS i actually bought from flakeys in the first place a year or so back is also lol.

    Will Update terms, and dates on OP.

    Feel free to send your reservations, as per Post #2, to " Candy Oshea "
