Employees are not working at CCP because they love the players or for the most part care what they whine about on the forum. They are not working because they love CCP.

Like any other employee in any other company, they show up because they get paid to do it. If they didn't get paid they'd go somewhere else to work.

So my guess is that if, and it's a big if, they feel more secure of their employment after the letter, then the mood is better. If they weren't worried about their continued employment before, then the mood is probably pretty much the same.

Yep Mr Epeen that may well be a big part, also I'd like to add hail tuberfield <------------ yes yes I know that's not the correct spelling. I like it better that way though lol

The way I figure it, Hilmar writing that letter, be it sincere or not, shows that he is at least somewhat aware of what's going on, and that's better than what I had assumed. It isn't great, but it's progress. Just my two cents. Of course, then you bust out this ******** super nerf...but that's another story...
