The board of Directors of Pyre Falcon Defence Combine wishes to announce that the statement published by V. Gesakaarin made on behalf of the Pyre Falcon Defence Combine holds no legal value as it was not issued with the agreement of the [DUTY] board of Directors. Internal renegotiations have come to a conclusion less than an hour ago and the board of directors is pleased to make the following announcement:

The Pyre Falcon Defence Combine views the recent actions of the Caldari Providence Directorate with concern and considers the breaches of megacorporate law displayed in the last two weeks, in particular, difficult to accept. Moreover the board feels these incidents are likely to do more harm than good in the current political climate.

However, in our opinion, this is not sufficient reason for a breach of contract with Kaalakiota Corporation and all currently binding relationships and contracts will be upheld as they were prior to the statement made by an overzealous chairwoman.
This includes most notably the contract with the State Protectorate but includes ALL binding agreements with Kaalakiota Corporation and its subsidiaries in regards to safekeeping of corporate assets and providing outsourced military solutions.

Furthermore the Board of Directors likes to point out that even in this period of political instability, the best interests of the State - and by more than mere extension those of Kaalakiota Corporation and its subsidiaries as well - are the primary guidelines by which the Pyre Falcon Defence Combine will act. While we are definitely in times that will test our loyalties to the utmost, this can be no excuse for acts of dissident rebellion.

As such, the chairwoman is fined a sum of 1.000.000.000,00 ISK (In order of severity: breach of internal protocol; acting against the spirit of the unit; damaging the company name) to be paid within the next seven days into the funds of Pyre Falcon Defence and Security.

I have plenty of business captain Tuulinen, but all have to do with the wellbeing of the Empire. And, like it or not, the Empress decided to ally with the State, and I won't be the one to think she had a wrong idea on it. So your affairs impact directly in the security of the Empire, and thus, on my watch. And the old habits of the Navy Intelligence die hard.

So yes, I have businesses, here. As well as elsewhere.

And your statement sounds like I hit where it hurts. Soudns like your corporation has thrown itself into quite an... unstable... internal situation.

All statements contained therein are considered binding and final and I acknowledge the fine presented by the Board for my lapse in judgement and breach of corporate communications protocols.

All statements made by myself in the following communique, here, are to be considered my own and not indicative of the official policy of Pyre Falcon Defence and Security, or any subsidiary elements of the Pyre Falcon Defence Combine. They are retracted with immediate effect, 9 February YC 115, 0450 Hours.

I am Glad to see the end to this disagreement over direction, and hope Pyne can get back to liberating its people in Black Rise.

However I must commend both Pyne's Chairwomen/CEO and the Board of directors, what you see above is indicative of the Caldari States true sense of leadership and governance, not the warped idea in Heth's mind, leave the autocracy to us Amarr.

This is public notification that Pyre Falcon Defence Combine will continue to support the the CPD against any external foreign threats and will act to preserve the territorial integrity of the Caldari State against all invaders. However Pyre Falcon Defence Combine units were never intended for deployment on internal security missions and declines to support the CPD in actions against Caldari State Citizens and Corporations barring formal declarations from a CEP member majority naming them outlaw.

Pyre Falcon Defence Combine will continue to act to defend Kaalakiota Corporation assets, personnel and interests against any threat, foreign or domestic.
