If you limit your end-game to the ship you fly, you seriously lack ambition.

Leaving your mark in Eve's history, THAT is the real end-game.

The end game is deciding what you enjoy doing most and being the best person you know at doing it.

Eve's endgame starts the moment you undock for the first time.

EvE is a sandbox, there is no end game unless you decide to unsub.

Just because the instant "I win" button you fly around got rebalanced and you start having to think about and taking the same risks as 95% of the other players in Null / Lowsec doesn't mean the game is dead. If anything using that ship should provide more fun and excitement because there is a risk of losing it.

I think it is sad when one think that flying supercaps is your endgame, really sad when you can do so many things besides flying your ' IWIN' toy

Really OP,try something else than flying around in your nyx , you might even find yourself enjoying the game

I do not agree with what you are saying , but i will defend to the death your right to say it...... Voltaire

Now that supers have been nerfed into the ground, CCP has about 6 months to come up with a new "end-game" or this game will be dead.

Hardcore, "hobby" type players are the core of EVE. The people who drive fights, produce the most in the economy, and so forth.

If you nerf their "end game" toy out of the fight, you need something to replace it.

Perhaps WiS will be the answer, or maybe a new class of T3, but CCP... seriously, you have to think this through.

MMOs live and die based on their end game. There has to be something that n00bs get excited about once the initial novelty wears off after the first few weeks/months.

CCP may have a PhD economist on their staff, but their psychology/marketing people are re-tards. EVERYONE who plays an MMO has some sort of fantasy of power. There has to be an end-game.

Also, my spaceship was really expensive and I am mad, bro.

Read a few pages, couldn't be bothered reading more.
Yeah, the supercap 'nerf' makes them less amazing.
But I think that now they'll have to be used in a way more akin to that which CCP no doubt originally envisioned for them: a few of them, flagships if you will, flying amongst a fleet of capital and subcapital support.
They were never meant to be the 'end-game', that owning one meant you won any fight you went into.
They were intended as a way to add strength to an already-strong fleet.
I personally feel that what they've done is perfect, flying one solo without a proper support fleet means you'll lose it.
Fly it with the proper fleet, however, and your whole fleet becomes that much more effective.

My end game is playing for free, perpetually.

By the way, since we're already talking, do you want to buy a rifter? I've got the cheapest rifters in Metropolis. If you can find a cheaper rifter, buy it!

That, and also making enough ISK not only to play for free, but to have plenty to spend/throw away on expensive pixels to blow up.

If I had even enough for a few disposable fitted rifters every month after buying a plex I'd be happy.
