I am requesting that a representative of Heth's government publicly outline the purpose and intended targets of the ongoing mobilization. I understand that this is a sensitive issue of internal security, however there are widespread concerns that the Navy may be unlawfully engaged in suppressing civil dissent. If anti-Heth protesters are not the target of the observed operations, what are?

Essentially I am asking the Caldari Navy or a representative of Executor Heth's government to provide answers to the following questions:

Are civilians being targeted?

Are targets being given the opportunity to surrender?

What, broadly speaking, are the objectives of the current operations?

What is the justification for or cause of these events?

I understand if you cannot answer all of these questions, but any communication would be appreciated. I have seen many State loyalists who have become conflicted lately, and question the methods that are being employed and the ends to which they are aimed.

To other capsuleers, from the data I've been able to collect, the only confirmed targets of the military ground assaults or orbital bombardments perpetrated by Executor Heth's forces have been clone trooper compounds in service to a variety of different corporations. If you have any information explaining this, or have credible reports of attacks on civilians, please inform me either here in this thread, or in a private message.
