I've been experiencing this issue for a couple of days.

I tried to (1) Switch the color of the three 'positive' standings ('alliance', 'excellent' and 'good') from blue color to black, and (2) The color of fleetmates from light blue to turquoise. This goes for both icon and background colors. The colors switched successfully, but colors for the 'good' standing and 'fleetmate' reset to their defaults after every login: http://bit.ly/V1KUID

Is this a known issue and is there a solution to it?
