New Nebula - Running Late? Talk to us remember "openness"

If you think that supercaps are useless after the proposed changes, than you're really not fit to fly one in the first place. Clearly you were one of many Ebay pilots relying on an invincible tank, logoff tactics, and WTFBBQDPS capable of nuking any size ship you encounter.

Either that, or you skipped flying all the other ships and the learning of basic fleet tactics along the way, in favor of training straight for the biggest ship in the game.

Supercaps will still be useful, they just now take brains and balls and friends to field properly, much to the dismay of many....



Thanks, Navigator for the confirmation!! Looking forward to that art blog. I'll be sure to clear some of the pr0n off my hard drive to make way for Hubble-style eve background pics. Even at 3 Gigs, it would better than same old same old, or trying to load them off the server. But I'm sure it won't add that much to the client.

Wow really ... You are a complete idiot... I have never nor would I buy isk/ebay ****... that destroys the game. I got all my isk the legal eula way... so go back to goons or something. thats what you just sounded like.

Ok, ok, so you didn't buy your toon. But seriously, why should a ship exist in the game that has NO drawbacks, and only requires superior numbers to win?

Every other component of combat in Eve is based on classic rock-paper-scissors. Victory is based on having a diverse fleet capable of handling and adapting to emerging threats. Any completely uniform fleet composition has an easy counter.

This is not the case with Supercaps. If you have the most under the current rules, you win. This is very un-EvE like.

Why are you sad that you need subcap support to join you in combat now? Do you not have friends to fleet with? How were you using your supercarrier before?

If asking you to consider how fleet combat works in eve makes me a Goon, than thats fine, call me a Goon.
