Generally, as a rule, a PvE fit won't work well for PvP, and vice versa.

Also, if you don't know how to fit for pvp already, I'd suggest not using your shiney new battlecruiser in pvp.

Something I threw up based on my previous experience:

[Hurricane, PvE Cane]
Gyrostabilizer II
Gyrostabilizer II
Tracking Enhancer II
Tracking Enhancer II

Nanofiber Internal Structure II

Large Shield Extender II
Experimental 10MN Afterburner I

Medium Anti-Thermal Screen Reinforcer I
Medium Projectile Ambit Extension I

#1 - hurricanes are armor tanked (often 2x) for pve or occasionally shield buffer tanked for pvp.
#2 - autocannon pve is a waste of time you will hate chasing rats that are 30km away & especially without a web....
#3 - you don't need to fill the 2 high slots with missles (i.e. no ship/ mod bonus), max out the powergrid without them.

passive shield tanked canes can tank more DPS than an active armor tanked cane, and have more buffer as well. The fit I shared is an example of this.
