Pros
Arrow can fly a wide range of sub capital combat ships.
Arrow can use almost all T2 guns and missiles.
Arrow not far from being able to fly carriers.
Arrow positive sec status
Arrow character can be good for pve or pvp.
Arrow 2 remaps

Cons
Arrow could use some work in some areas due to being inactive for almost 2 years.
Arrow due to years pveing with caldari/amarr cannot fly in gallente space. can be fixed with a alittle work.

BO: 20bil

Will be in an npc corp within 24 hours.
