Situation:

Station on final timer, sbu's killed before station is flipped, system goes back to invuln. Structure and armor were not repped, shield regenerated itself above 30%.

If SBUs are put in again and the system vulnerable.. does the station then get all new timers, or only a shield timer, or can it be flipped straight away as the structure and armor did not mend?
