Hi,

I am looking to attain an alt for both ratting and pvp. I would like to minimize the cost of the extra alt by attaining a discounted character with damaged reputation, history, or sec standing. It would help to minimize the total sp amount with limited sp distribution in industry / science / trade / leadership / corp management / social.

I highly doubt that you received those bids and I do not think ISD's like it when you bump that many times in a day.
