Player Features and Ideas Discussion

I have noticed that many people roleplay here and roleplaying involves imaginary structures and places in EVE cosmos.

I propose that these places could become visible in EVE.

1. Think Custom Office. Its sitting in space orbitting planet and has lots of hit points.
2. Lets make somekind of Habitation Module with same shield/armor/structure hit points as Custom Office and same reinforcement system as Customs Office.
3. Lets make this Habitation Module visible in overview like Customs Office.
4. Lets give owner of this Habitation Module change to name Habitation Module and give it description.
5. And voila we have physical representation of this roleplaying place and people would probably have motivation to defend it.

My suggestion is open for all kind of discussion.

Here's some edited extras:

1. Purpose for this is to offer cheap alternative for outpost for roleplaying purpose.
2. You cant dock this Habitation Module and can't sell there anything.
3. Price range would be about same class with Customs Office making it available for more people and anchoring this wouldn't require system sovereignty.
4. This place would be destructible like Custom Office.
