I like its design. It does not look like the millionth variation of a penis-shaped spaceship.

The Domi may not be the prettiest ship in New Eden.

But the Imicus.

It's a cross between the kiddie Catcher from Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and Treebeard from Lord Of The Rings.

Its a spaceship FFS! Make it stop giving me nightmares.


As my daughter said when she first saw the Imicus.

Yeah domi model is just terrible, and so lame (those wheels thingy?).

BTW I hate moros model too, even gall titan is meeh Blink

We have in EVE more ships that look not even bad but stupid... fat pigeon anyone?
But it's sooooo fantastic that they redoing models one by one and new one looks amazing (mega, tempest etc)

I don't like the looks of the Domi because it looks like it should tumble out of control. Its movements don't really seem to match its mass distribution either, given its proportions I would expect it to move more like a combine harvester rather than a warship.

It almost appears as if someone said, "Hey we are going to build these portable stationary combat buildings" and then realized that if they left the temporary engines on it that should have been removed once it was in place, it could be a battleship. While I see where people call is a potato, it looks more like an electric razor to me. That or a redneck college stunt where they took some bad hatchback, flipped it on its roof, and stuck rockets where the headlights were.

I've used them from time to time because they are so versatile, but god I think they're ugly. Definitely one you put a brown paper bag over before getting to work.

The Domi looks great and it's an interesting model. At least, it looks better than half of the Minmatar ships, I can't bear to be seen in most of those. I trained up missiles because even Caldari look better than Minmatar.

A professional astro-bastard was not available so they sent me.

Many Gallente ships look as if they were refurbished after a traffic accident. Maybe excessive bouncing has an effect on Gallente ships...

If there is any ship which needs love from a designer (and some decent textures) then it is the Obelisk.

On the internet, you can be whatever you want to be. It is amazing that so many people chose to be stupid.

There's just no way to gussy the space potato up.

You can't move bits about a bit because, nothing would change.

Complete redesign / reenvision needed to make it comparable in "whoa" factor of say a mega or a rifter.

Moa looks like a typo was entered during the rendering stage.

There are good ships,

Had a PvP Dominix named Hypnotoad running four neuts...

Be careful in Pulsar systems, you might get Pod Flu.

I was recently at an ice field. I looked away for a second and looked back and there was this huge, blue Dominix right next to me!

Then I realized it was an ice asteroid.

At least the Moa has character. It looks weird, but in that special Caldari way (RIP old Blackbird). Love it or hate it at least you care about it.

The Dominix, on the other hand, is just an ugly shapeless blob.
