Can we all agree the current system for anchoring POS's in hisec is too restrictive?


I know just getting rid of them and letting any and every corp anchor every where is out of the question.


But with the current system the only way to have a hisec pos is to put it up before you have any other members at all and once you start recruiting your POS is essentially stuck there unless you want to kick your members out for a bit for you to move it. Which is a broken mechanic if you ask me.

I have a pos in amarr space, its been there for years. It's stayed in the same place. The corp has not. We've moved around and played in different areas of empire, null and low. As such not all our players have excellent standings with the factions and many aren't mission runners anymore or never have been. We have many with a .01 or .05 Neutral standings with factions so even if i got all my mission runners to run for the sake of argument amarr mission and got there amarr standings up high I still have these non mission runners in my corp. They don't have negative standings but they're just slight insignificant standings are enough to prevent the corp from ever being able to move that POS.
It's something i've never understood.
With a corporation i check our members standings. Only 3 people having standings with said corp. One with 8.00 the other 2 with .01 and .05 and our collective standing for our corp with that corp is 3.0.... if those 2 had never touch that corp our standings would of been 8.0.
So my question is why do essentially amounts to positive standings from other members bring your standings down essentially so much from your higher standings members.

So ya my suggestion for fixing anchoring standings so putting up hisec pos's is a bit less restrictive. Perhaps add in that since most stations are anchored around the planet. Why not have the standings for the corporation that is anchored on the planet effect if you can anchor a pos on that planets moons?
Need like 8.0 corp standings with the controlling corp. Not easy to do, but still gives your corp freedom to move around with out being tied to the original system you anchored your first POS

In a corp of 60 i'm in, its still easy to find corps that our members havent run conflicting missions for or havent run at all. Which would give us options on choosing to live elsewhere and explore new regions with out being tied to our old home.
