Just to set things straight about the absolute rubbish reason why Griz and Jude stole Heretic Army/Nation:

ANTI-Incursions

The Plan: Incursion chasing. Lowsec. We chase the PVP, once that runs dry, we jew the incursions. In a more mobile mannerism than done when in Amamake, Heretics will retain the habits of old, sending scout alts 1 jump out in all directions and looking for kills.

Why: Prepare to step out of your comfort zone. This is a new playstyle. We’re taking the Piracy RapeTrain and driving it top speed into making 100m+ an hour. It will be very active and we aim to NEVER BE DOCKED -- that is, be actually playing eve as much as possible when logged in. Low-sec incursions attract a lot of attention, and we’re going to farm kills off of them until everyone RUNS THE **** AWAY. Then we’ll gorge ourselves on CONCORD’s payroll until we have positive security status. Then we’ll go straight to Yulai and suicide gank bitches.

Pretty cut and dry, you guys stole the corp and reformatted it so that Jude was showing as the founder. You have no vision, lack insight and are obviously wanting to cash in on a reputation you had no hand in making. The only real drama going on now is in local and in your coms as you all try to figure out how to stop Heretic Nation from actually leaving Amamake to pvp on roams while you lot are incapable of leaving your safety blanket incase you have to impliment proper pvp with scouting and tactics....

No, turning Heretics into an Incursion corp was definitely in your plan MG. You discussed it on the forums and on vent and tried to convince us to go along with it. Nobody was having it. You can cherry pick the 3-4 responses from your best buds and even go run Incursions with a few of your best buds - but don't pretend like the corp was behind you on this.

Also, drop the whole "MG/Yendaj" thing because we both know it to be bullshit.

This is what is known as quote mining. It's the kind of thing that will get you kicked out of university if your prof ever caught you doing it because it's a dishonest method of arguing on its face. If you don't know what that is quote mining is, it's when you deliberately look through writings in order to cite parts of it out of context to make your case when the original author is either not in agreement or directly opposed to you. This is WHY it's academically speaking a crime, because you are trying to make your point by misrepresenting someone who is NOT on your side. I'm not saying the idea was rejected in its entirety by 100% of the pilots in Heretic Army but you are able to quote at best 4 pilots who agreed (+1 by itself is pretty vague and I don't remember exactly what he was giving his +1 to so even if I assume you are right you have 4 people). The rest of us are left out of these quotes except for Griz who was not on board and his quote comes from the end of the thread after we had all weighed in, since your vendetta is against him it's only natural you'd try to paint him as the bad guy, that's what quote mining is for. The rest of us were overwhelmingly against this. Like I said this decision terminated Heretic Army 1.0. The fact that there is another corp named Heretic Army does not give MG the right to claim it. Just as if you have a 2006 Honda Civic you can't go to the dealership and drive off with a 2013 Civic because it has the same name and is therefore yours because you drive a Civic. If those who were willing to do MG's incursion thing wanted to, who could have stopped them from forming a new corp and doing it? No one stopped them and they didn't do it anyway.

Now if you truly believe you're not quote mining you should have no issues with LINKING THE ******* FORUM. That way we can all read the unabridged version in its full context.
