I think if you sent a keg of beer with a note requesting the above, you'd find it would happen quickly.

but, you could just sell the crap off via contracts from your assets window. Might have to price it a bit under market value, but loads better than flying everywhere.

Of course as soon as you do that, you'll find yourself deciding to move back to that place, and you'll lament the gone-ness of your stuff.

You can remote-sell things. Otherwise, go around and pick stuff up.

As a chronic user of buy orders and leaver of things in places, I have crap EVERYWHERE. Even in regions I can't get to.

Solution to this problem:

Don't let it coming up! Sell or recycle+sell redundant items, before you finally leave a station.

If however the amount of stations with items grow over 10, take an evening to collect them.

That's the way i go, and it's good.

Set up courier contracts to have it all hauled to Jita.

"One man's trash, is another man's treasure." - This goes especially for sandbox games.

So no, CCP should not start taking away players business.

How much are you willing to pay per jump to have it hauled?

According to EVE-mon's asset calculations I have well over half a trillion isk worth of stuff. I imagine most older players are in the same boat. Imagine all that stuff hitting the market at the same time...

I would spend a year putting up the max range buy orders I could possibly put up.

Then once a year I'd have them relocated to Jita, where I'd sell it all for profit.

See how your idea has issues?

Get an asset management software like jEveAsset to see where your valuable stuff is. Create list of stations that hold items or ships worth collecting. Repackage stuff remotely (scrap T1 rigs) and make courier contracts or haul it yourself to Jita with Orca/freighter. Trash stuff not worth collecting or just ignore it.

Now what is really annoying is the dozens of stations where I still have bookmarks and nothing else, back from the days before corp BMs where you had to put BM contracts up as a wormhole resident. And the stations where I have rookie ships because I docked in a pod. They shouldn't give out rookie ships unless you request it.

This reminds me of my noob stint in marketing where I put up regional buy orders in Domain. Sure, I made a profit, but that stuff was scattered EVERYWHERE.

Get an asset manager - eveHQ or something - that assigns a value to stuff.

I did, and when it told me I had something like 7bn is crap scattered all over 0.0 from Omist to Venal and everywhere in between, I got of my fat lazy ring-piece and worked out how to liquidate it all. ISK is a great motivator.

Would be an awesome christmas gift. However the courier business should not be messed with.

Odyssey: Repacking in POS hangars for modules +1,  but please for other stuff too, especially containers. Make containers openable in POS hangars.

Hey OP! If you have lots of small bits and you want to get them consolidated, contact MicroPush, who moves stuff for so cheap it may as well be free. Definitely worth it on loads 50 mil and under (only 150k per warp!) And then for bigger stuff, Push Industries can get your scattered stuff into one place no sweat.

Let us know, we're great at this stuff.

Need stuff moved? Push Industries will handle it. Serving highsec, lowsec and nullsec - and we do it faster and more reliably than anyone else. Ingame channel: PUSHX

This would be nice...

...But its your fault for leaving it there, now go buy a hauler alt and fly that charon all over the place, hopefully not in lowsec Oo, i have the same issue, but its nbd, now i know i always have a spare ship/mods no more than ~15 jumps away(does not apply in null)

but im lazy , id rather ccp do it,

time to play a different game buddy ol pal, You should just contract all that stuff you dont wana move over, ill do it for you

Hauler skills are easy, freighters are expensive. Push and Red frog are reasonable.

<---in process of squeezing all assets into 3 stations. Can't be bothered to sell it all today....or tomorrow

Despite my posting prowess I really am terrible at this game
