anyone know any helpful programs or sites (that does not brake eula) like dotlan (npc kills)
to help one out finding ratters in 00?

or any good links, anything that can help really.

would apriciate it much

Ratters in 0.0? Go to systems with lowest true security (-1.0) Easy and effective, thats where major alliances place their ratting grounds (Sanctum sites)...

Or just use dotlan and npc killed option...


But your problem is more about intel channels, they know your comeing long before you reach where your going.. And since they asume solo guy must be bait with cyno to hotdrop on them, they usually dockup resulting you a very booring time there...
