Launcher/Installer attempts to open client, CCP Exefile has stopped working (Fixed)

As the subject says my launcher would try to open the client but the client would crash. I removed Win7 SP1 and it fixed my problem.

Figured I'd throw this out there in case anyone else is having this problem, and is looking for a quick temp fix. Sorry if this has already been covered.
