take a piece of paper, that is space time, now fold it and poke a hole through it with a straw, that is a wormhole... still unknown if wormholes occur naturally but its physically possible so far.

Not really. Insofar as you can describe spacetime with a piece of paper, the most accurate demonstration of a wormhole is folding two parts of the paper together, since wormholes (IN THEORY) do not have length.
