The EAEAC is looking for pilots of all skill levels. We are structured on a real world business. We fly minining ops with Orca support, and run PVE fleets, as well as some PVP roams. EAEC is dedicated to operating as a real world business in the world of New Eden. We strive to build teamwork and goal driven focus to create the largest possible profit for our members. We offer a level of organization unprecedented in Eve and use this structure to drive ourselves to make our vast goals in all fields of Eve; economic, militarily, learning, and otherwise.
Our corporation is broken up into various Divisions to make sure our goals are met by giving players roles and individual goals to meet within those roles. Players may do other things besides their primary job in the corporation, but should know that they are expected to complete their tasks in time frames given or if no time frame is given a reasonable amount of time. Any questions about corporate operations, structures, plans, suggestions, etc. may be made directly to the CEO or other appropriate level supervisor. Below you will see a description of the divisions within the EAEC:

Military Division-The military fleet is comprised of fighter pilots who fight against various pirate organizations throughout the universe and/or hostile pilots. They are charged with defending other division’s pilots; be it mining, trade convoys, POS locations, etc. In wartime they are also responsible for overall fleet defense and all offensive actions taken by the corporation.
Special Operations Division- The Spec Ops division is comprised of two sectors: Military and Civilian. Civilian sector is in charge of all recruitment and diplomatic operations of the corporation, also includes security officers. The military sector is charged with exploration of WHs, enemy territories, espionage, and counter-espionage, etc.
Economic Division- The Economic division is responsible for all things trade in the corporation. This includes mining, production, marketing, and trading. This is by far the largest division in the corporation, but is managed effectively and works together with its sub-divisions to come together as well-oiled machine.
General Fleet Division-The General fleet division is composed of new members, and members who have yet to decide their career path with the corporation. It also includes experienced pilots who will help train and guide new pilots and recruits along the path to becoming a success in the EAEC.

We at the EAEC like to consider us a professional organization therefore we have some very basic standards to comply to within the corporation, they are as follows:

1. Attendance-Being an active member of the corporation is very important as inactive members tend to degrade our agenda. (There is not required amount of time spend playing the game to stay in I know life happens). While there is no certain amount of hours put in that we require we do ask our members to participate when they can for the betterment of the team. Members who have unexplained absences for a period of greater than two weeks may be expelled from the corporation.
2. Respect-We at EAEC know what it means to have a good time and to joke around, however members who put down other members in a disrespectful manner and/or harass other members first will be given a warning, any further abuses may lead to termination
3. Fun-Eve online is a game, and as much as I,(the CEO), enjoy making it as real world style as possible the important thing is to have fun with others, never forget that we all our here to have fun.
