It has been a month since Destiny Foundation first announced its intention to operate in space designated as Caldari State territory by CONCORD. Progress has been gradual but gains have been made. Under the strict supervision of Lai Dai Research Spacelane Security, the DES-F Pendragon Kronos-class marauder has based itself at Lai Dai around Kakakela VI-5. From there, and in conjunction with LDRSS CEO Scherezad, we have launched security operations against pirate forces in the Karnola constellation. These security operations were undertaken with myself as an independent contractor of Lai Dai Protection Service in Nourvukaiken, working for Koivarairos Raan.

We successfully liberated as many as five space colonies across the Karnola constellation from pirate control. This includes two garden hubs, two asteroid colonies, and one unlisted Caldari station. Thanks to the large sub-frigate hangar bay of a Kronos-class marauder, DES-F aid workers were sent to these colonies to assist in a transition to either independent or corporate administration. Either way, many of the inhabitants (especially the relatively poor) did not fare well under pirate rule. DES-F has spent the last month repairing the infrastructure and standardizing living conditions across these five colonies.

While removing pirate presence may be a trivial and short affair to many capsuleers, picking up the pieces is not. To many authorities in New Eden, these colonies are ignored for various reasons; once the threats have been removed from their space, they are often forgotten about. Significant difficulty has also emerged in identifying the legal status of the colonists, as some are technically corporate citizens, while others are independents. Certain areas of the five colonies overlap in having residents who are both corporate and unaffiliated. This is what has drawn out the bringing of stability to what may just seem like another five mission sites to most capsuleers. Moreover, the DES-F Pendragon is limited by the authorities in having an aid contingent of just 6000 personnel.

Nonetheless, this trial period continues, and we hope to stabilize more pirate-occupied space colonies in the future. A few days ago we suffered a security breach, and the DES-F Pendragon has been denied launch until we run more checks on our crew to the acceptable local standard. DES-F has contracted out Vorini Intelligence for these purposes. Once the security checks are complete, it is hoped that Destiny Foundation may continue its operations in the Karnola constellation and, hopefully, beyond.

We reply in acknowledgement of the above statement and confirm its veracity and completeness. Furthermore, we conclude that the trial operations have been so far successful with full co-operation of Lai Dai Protection Service and the Caldari Navy. Citizens and displaced persons within the facilities are currently being repatriated as required, otherwise efforts are ongoing to ensure the peace and tranquility of the Nourvukaiken system and individuals affected by the illegal parties involved.

We are also pleased to announce that a significant portion of the populace of the affected facilities are interested in contributing, and have shown aptitude and interest in earning gainful employment with the State. They are being transported to LDPS screening facilities for background checks before standardized qualification examination begins.

Future activities of LDRSS in conjunction with the Destiny Foundation are pending confirmation by Lai Dai Research, Biomedical and Cybernetic.

Excellent work, both to Lai Dai and to Destiny Foundation. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Msr Inhonores for having the sensitivity to work within the Corporate Governance system in a manner that is beyond reproach.

For the first time since I started the conversation, he looks me dead in the eye. In his gaze are steel jackhammers, quiet vengeance, a hundred thousand orbital bombs frozen in still life.
