Amarr Laser battery remove ammo bug

while tryin to remove ammo and unanchor structures on an amarr tower we found that some of the laser batteries after the ammo was removed it would show an amount of 0 ammo in the storage and would not allow you to unanchor because it had ammo in it which we had removed.... unless there is something that im missing this s a severe bug as we currently cannot unanchor our tower

this may be due to the fact that the ammo was not faction in the mods we just finished destroying where the other guns that unanchored properly had faction ammo in storage
