Your right...

Skilled pvp'ers blob out the sun on 80 vs 1 as per the kills to your name. If that takes skill I would rather stay in high and kill ships alone or when I'm outnumbered which is normally the case.

I never said i dont blob, you might also seen some baits going horrible wrong.

However, i dont have to resort to neutral reppers, neutral scouts and docking games to kill stuff.

Every player ( exeptions left ) knew the risk and the stakes as soon local spiked.

And i am very certain, i didnt gank anyone who was still learning what a mwd was or how to setup his overview proper.

And thats the diffrence between you and me i guess

Just re-iterating that I think this change is good. It gives people a defence against griefing and more freedom of choice.

CCP - Building ant hills and magnifying glasses for fat kids

Not even once

EVE is becoming shallow and puerile; it will satisfy neither the veteran nor the "WoW" type crowd in the transition.

Wrong!
Noob Stomping happens all day. Be it with Can flips, bait them to low/00 or scam them.
Whether or not noobs are harassed with other mechanics or not is irrelevant to this discussion.

Jojo Jackson wrote:

You should be able to play YOUR Sandbox? But others aren't allowed to play their Sandbox? -> AROGANT
As someone else pointed out, you missed the point, which is that there is only one sandbox.

Jojo Jackson wrote:

Wrong, you can play EVE without ANY PvP. Rating, Mining, Mission running and useing the loot just to build stuff for you and your friends. That's called CO-OP and works perfectly fine in EVE!
First of all, making it so your friends don't have to go to the market for anything is an effect on the market.
Second, I never said you couldn't strive to isolate yourself from everyone else. Just that it is and should always be possible for someone else to reach out to you.

Jojo Jackson wrote:

Warong AGAIN!
EvE can be played like the old ELITE, PRIVATEER, FREELANZER without any PvP involed as it is a great Space MMO.
And MMO includes (!!!!!!!!!!!) CO-OP without any PvP!
See above.

Jojo Jackson wrote:

With your words ... I should be able to play MY SANDBOX!
And my Sandbox EXCLUDE PvP by 100% !
Nuf said.
Again, you utterly missed the point.

QUOTED FROM JOJO BUT REATRDED FORUM ONLY ALLOWS 5 QUOTES

Multi-quoting the same person is usually nit-picking and annoying to read. I usually skip those posts entirely.

When a post is just a loosely related collection of fallacies, there is nothing central to address, and so one must resort to nit-picking if one is to respond effectively.

Ignoring posts is your prerogative.

This too. I hate when a long post jumps from point to point, following the flow of a previous post which I then have to keep referring back to.

Posting to add my displeasure with ccp. Will you guys ever fking learn? Do your fking jobs, listen to the entire player base, address long standing issues like this & remove your collective heads from what ever anus there parked in.
Way to just blow off an obvious hot butten issue. . idiots.

If Goons were around when God said, "Let there be light" they'd have called the light gay, and plunged the universe back into darkness by squatting their nutsacks over it.

It needs reiterating. Carebears don't understand.

The misconception here is that we all get our own little sandboxes. This is incorrect. EVE Online is one giant sandbox, which every player shares. If you want to try to stake out your little corner, just for yourself, then you'd better be prepared to defend it. That little section you staked off isn't actually yours, you've no inherent right to it, so if you don't defend it, be prepared when someone else comes along to kick some sand in your face.

Exceptionally vague, but this is what Selene (CSM) had to say about war declaration discussions with CCP:

Hopefully the CSM will be able to expand upon that.

The war-dec system is like the bounty system broken beyond repair so I chose to ignore them both.
(I`m only touching this subject because I don`t think any1 gives 2 cents about what a individual thinks it`s wrong with the game {players and devs included} ...
Find it hilarious we live in a not so perfect world but we want a perfect imaginary universe.

@ any gives hour I have 2-3-4 alliances wars it`s been like this for over 18 months so now I just delete notification ./ignore

In null everyone wants to hot-drop in empire they want to kill you while you leave the station chose one you like and move there best regards.
PS: low-sec space = not worth mentioning , yes it`s that useless , waste of pixels

Just posting to add my thumbs up to CCP for this. Your problem, Proteus, is that they're doing exactly what you're suggesting they do: listen to their entire player base, rather than just your particular faction within it. If a company listens to its entire player base, it's guaranteed to make some decisions you like, and some that you don't, because no matter who you are, your views differ from some other players. And, if they listen to everyone, they'll make room for everyone to play the way they like, and not force everyone to play the game your way.

I understand it's a distressing thought for many that somewhere, out there, in some system you aren't forced to jump to, there might be people you're unlikely to meet unless you do playing the game in a way you wouldn't want to. Too bad. Get over it.

You don't understand EVE. Go back to WOW and/or SWTOR, please. What you're looking for is a single-player MMO, where you can't be bothered.

The prime principle of EVE Online is that you can be bothered. Anytime. Anywhere.

Yes. We still have ganks. But there needs to be a large scale mechanic for settling differences or just annoying people ... wardecs. We need them back.

I love how all these 'Your and your game', 'YOUR Sandbox not MY Sandbox' and the 'Hey you guys' of this game, all reside in Empire, in NPC Corps, and are typically 2-4 years old. Way to have NOT experienced EvE in the slightest, while sitting back getting all assinjured because people that ARE enjoying mulitiple facets of EvE don't see things your way.

Theres much more then this game besides docking mechanics, war decs, and whatever else happens in Empire space.

Mate, I respect you and yours and whatnot, but please understand that just like in Empire Wars where you have 5-10 vs whatever and the victim cries 'Foul' 'Blob' 'Gank' or whatever, in Null, when fleets engage its typically on a much larger scale. While being a drone in a 2000 man fleet pushing F1 and whatnot at whatever is primary isn't difficult- you have to at least hats off to the Null FC's that have to actually lead 500 through multi-fleet engagements.

'Blobbing' is just a easy way of saying 'I wasn't ready'. Keep doing what your doing mate, I love local tears when I pass through Amarr -> Jita on my alt to MarketPvP.

Hi-sec wars aren't greifing.

And you can bet your last isk, war-decs are being looked at.
