Base value for your toon would put you roughly around 10.4 bil. Tag on the values of all plugged in implants and that would give you a better idea. Keep in mind this is not market value for your toon. Other items that would influence your market price would be uniqueness of trained skills/specialization, your security status would have a factor and there are a handful of other items that could potentially increase the value.
