Anyways, no. What will happen is any fight will be down to Quantity of Pilots present per side, there are no effective force multipliers (besides ECM On a smaller scale) left.

As a small gang / solo -never-flown-a-cap-never-will pilot, I can see where AngelHUN is coming from...

If you're in a Nyx you're spending 90% of your play time logged off as it is, now when you do decided to engage with your supercaps, you're gonna have to make damned sure you're gonna win or die very quickly, or else you're gonna be online for fukken hours trying to get out of an engagement, I can honestly see people just not using supers at all after these changes.

Basically, the "argueably-end-game-ships" have gone from boring to play, to more boring to play...

As with most of the problems with EVE, I dunno if Supers being OP is even the problem in the first place, more like just people having way too much ISK to buy n build loads of Supers, due to meta-gaming and taking this serious internet spaceship game too seriously, but at the end of the day that's the game, the problem is the game. the game. how did smaller corps and alliances get screwed, if anything this nerf helps them defend against being blobbed by super caps and allows the smaller ones who only have dreads and carriers at least some sort of chance of living in a fight.

I got DD'ed all the time. I agree with the DD change, it makes sense. Heavy-handed Across the board changes are not the answer for the scenario.
