It is, strangely, relaxing.

Interesting that the cracks in the glass were moving faster than the bullet. (around the 3 minute mark.)

Pon Farr Memorial: once every 7 years, all the carebears in high-sec must PvP or they will be temp-banned.

it can be supersonic

systematic.

hydromatic.

it's greased lightning

Quote:
When hyperelasticity dominates, cracks can move faster than all elastic waves. This is in clear contrast to the classical theories in which it is believed that the longitudinal elastic wave speed is an impenetrable upper limit of crack speed. Figure shows snapshots of a computer simulation where the crack breaks through the sound barrier and propagates at a supersonic velocity (in glass, for instance with a speed higher than 5.300 m/sec, which is greater than 19,000 km/h). Such phenomenon can only be understood through hyperelasticity.

Gives a whole new respect for spalling and fragmentation.

Also huge respect for the cameraman and the techs that set this up.

Tell someone you love them today, because life is short. But scream it at them in Esperanto, because life is also terrifying and confusing.
