Not an earthquake as eve goes, but a limit of 3.9k characters is too small. Make it 50k or, even better, limited only by the size of our hard disk. So you'll need to window onto the file instead of sucking it in in one block. So what? If microsoft can do it I'm sure CCP programmers are up to it.
