Podded a suspect flagged pilot (Yellow) but does he have kill rights on me now?

I was lazily flying around when I happened upon a yellow flagged pilot. so I hopped in my hawk and killed him. But does that mean he now has a kill right on me?

Kill rights are generated when you illegally aggress a ship in hisec or a pod in lowsec.
